Every home and every job is unique, but our approach is the same. We want to give you exactly what you expect from your home refurbishment. In our experience, most full-house refurbishments will broadly include the following steps:
An initial conversation. This will help us to find out what you are looking for from the refurbishment.
Drawing up plans. We can work with an architect if you have one on board or we can draw up plans for you to review and approve.
Planning approval. If you need planning approval from your local council, we can help you through that process and meet any required regulations.
Build-out. With everything approved, we start the refurbishment work. We keep you informed of progress regularly and keep disruption to a minimum.
Completion and approval. Once we have finished the refurbishment process, we invite you to walk through and approve the work.
